Returns & Exchanges Defective or incorrect items: Contact us by email within 30 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund the item, with return shipping at our expense. Returns for customer convenience: Accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items only. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Opened or used items cannot be returned.

Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
